National Pumpkin Day
Today we recognize a favored autumn decoration and food that is used in a variety of recipes, competitions and festivals. It’s National Pumpkin Day! We celebrated the holiday with The Great Pumpkin Cook-off. We tasted everything from pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin shots to pumpkin bread and pumpkin cookies...even some pumpkin ice cream!
